Live seafood is packed in aerated water bags inside an insulated styrofoam box. Fresh products are packed with food-grade ice packs. Frozen items stay frozen with dry ice packs.
Delivery fee
Flat $30 island-wide. Free delivery for orders above $100. Farm pickup in Lim Chu Kang is also available — no delivery fee.
Weight & billing
Live seafood is weighed just before packing. The final kg weight is confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch. You pay for exactly what you receive.
Freshness guarantee
If your order arrives in poor condition, WhatsApp us a photo within 1 hour of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
